PROFILE

I want to work at the garden because:

Sabrina: I want to grow my skills in leadership as well as contribute to my community!

Bindi: I want to experience my first job and get some experience on my resume. I also want to contribute to my community and help others.

Two of my personal goals for working at the Dallas Youth Garden this summer are:

  1. to learn how to grow good food

  2. make new friends!

Two things I hope to learn from working at the Dallas Youth Garden are:

  1. how to grow squashes

  2. leadership skills

I think my biggest challenge will be: managing such a large garden space

My favorite vegetable or fruit is: kale!!

I hope to contribute this to the garden this year: to grow as much as i can and learn and grow with the group.

BINDI/SABRINA’S GARDEN

Sabrina had to leave the garden due to health reasons and the garden has been taken over by Bindi!
